1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.

Notify us: Sales@adventuradesigns.com

Return items within 14 days, in original condition and packaging.

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind.

Deductions may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection.

 

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect goods on arrival.

Report defects, damage, or incorrect items immediately with photos.

We provide prepaid labels for faulty items.

Repair, replacement, or refund provided per statutory rights.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns refused for:

- Custom or painted items

- Installed items

- Heavy handling damage

- Customer-caused damage

 

4. Exchanges

Return original item, then place a new order.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
