2. Application of These Terms

These Terms govern the use of our website, purchase of products, and relationship with us.

 

3. Products

All products are vehicle modification components, designed and manufactured in-house.

Specifications are for guidance only; minor variations may occur.

 

4. Installation Responsibility

Customers must follow our written installation instructions.

We are not liable for improper installation, incorrect fitting, or vehicle damage.

 

5. Certified Installer Network

Installers are independent contractors.

We are not liable for installer work or disputes.

Customer data may be shared with installers; installers process data under their own privacy policies.

 

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Orders placed via Shopify; legally binding contract forms on order confirmation.

We may cancel orders before dispatch and refund payments where necessary.

 

7. Pricing & Payment

Payment is required in full at checkout.

 

8. Delivery

Processing: 0–3 working days; Shipping: 24–48 hours (UK)

Ownership transfers on payment; risk transfers on delivery.

Notify us immediately of damaged goods.

 

9. Cancellations & Returns

Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated by reference. 

Certain items (custom, painted, installed, heavily handled) may not be returned.

 

10. Warranty

1-year warranty on side pods for manufacturing defects. 

Excludes improper installation, handling damage, or wear and tear.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to purchase price. 

Excludes consequential loss, profit loss, vehicle downtime, or installation costs.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All product designs, trademarks, and logos are owned by us.

No copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorised resale.

 

13. Resale & Trade Restrictions

Commercial resale without written permission is prohibited.

 

14. Website Use

Do not misuse the website or infringe IP rights.

 

15. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, governs all personal data processing under UK GDPR.

 

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events outside our control.

 

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

English law applies; consumers may sue locally; business customers submit to England & Wales courts.

 

18. Amendments

We may update these Terms; version at purchase applies.
